Spinach Scramble Wraps

Breakfast meal prep made easy with this healthy and filling wrap!

  • 4 Mission Wraps
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves, chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 spring onion, sliced


  1. Char the wrap slightly if desired. Place each wrap on a sheet of parchment paper a few inches larger than the wrap on all sides.
  2. Divide the remaining ingredients between the wraps. Wrap up each one tightly, then wrap each spinach scramble wrap in the parchment paper.
