Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania - 65 Roses Gala Dinner

Cystic Fibrosis is the most common genetic condition affecting children and young people today. Yet most people know very little about it. People living with Cystic Fibrosis don’t look as unwell as they are so it is very much a hidden disease.

Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania (CFT) works to promote research, increase awareness of cystic fibrosis and provide education, support and advocacy for our members and the wider community.

Support is provided directly to CFT members through a diverse range of programs and initiatives. These include equipment, financial assistance, access to counselling, regular newsletters and educational programs. In addition, CFT is working hard to generate a greater understanding of Cystic Fibrosis across the community and within Government.

No government funding is provided so the generosity of others is crucial to allow CFT to provide their services.

The 65 Roses Gala Dinner & Charity Auction is CFT’s major fund-raising event of the year, to be held Saturday November 7th, 2015 at the Tram Shed Function Centre in Inveresk , Launceston.

IGA have donated Gift Cards as part of their auction.

More information on the event can be found here.
