The NTJFA is a junior Australian Football competition formed in 1975 in Northern Tasmania that that provides a competition program for around 1600 children from Under 9 through to Under 16. PolliePedal is an annual cycling event which in 2006, commenced its partnership with then Senator Guy Barnett and Diabetes Australia Ambassador, who has type 1 diabetes, and since then the event has attracted numerous politicians, interstate riders, like minded business people and members of the community.
