2 cups self raising flour
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line a loaf pan and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, chocolate chips and coconut into a mixing bowl
Whisk together eggs, bananas, milk and butter in a separate bowl.
Add the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
