Avocado Chilli & Chicken Wrap
A healthy and convenient lunch time meal option.

- 800g Chicken strips
- 1 red capsicum, cut into strips
- 1 tablepsoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 4 lebanese bread rounds
- 50g baby rocket leaves
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- Combine chicken, capsicum, oil and spices in a bowl.
- Chargrill or barbecue chicken and capsicum.
- Combine avocado and juice.
- Spread bread rounds with avocado mixture.
- Top with chicken, capsicum and rocket.
- Drizzle with sauce and serve.
